COMBINING MORE THAN ONE IMAGE INTO A SINGLE PHOTO
This is one of the most satisfying services I offer clients. Almost anything they can imagine can be accomplished digitally, You can combine photos with scans of hand-written notes, newspaper clippings, a scan of your son or daughter's sports letters or trophy photos. In the sample below, I had two photos of distant relatives - a husband and wife - and the client wanted something "different". With an idea in mind, I arranged and photographed a silk scarf. I found clip art royalty-free photos online of oval ornate wood picture frames, And using those elements, created the final image you see at the right, the portraits placed in the frames, and the frames tucked into the scarf.
Here is another example. This time, it's a hand-written quote from a W.B. Yeats poem that was a favorite of my mother's. I began by scanning the writing, found a picture of my mom that seemed to fit the "crackpot" nickname she often called herself, and combined those in a faux mat. The finished print will fit a standard 8x10 frame. |
